M Company, 330th Infantry Regiment "Envelope"

This is an original censored WWII Army Cover (envelope with bicolored border) dated November 7, 1944 and is franked with stamp #UC3 "Air Mail". The envelop was sent by Lt. F. J. Markham to Mrs. Frank J. Markham, 15 Elberon Place, Albany, New York. Nevertheless the envelope contains nothing. The address the envelope was sent from was APO #83 which was in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg on this date.

Note: On November 7, 1944, Co. M, 330th IR (3rd Bn) was dealing with stubborn resistance from German troops alongside the Moselle River.
